2003
9K formed, bringing together the UK’s top HP professionals with a view to providing exceptional enterprise support
2004
9K adds support capability for the XP disk family, extending its high-end coverage to include both server and storage
2005
We become the first UK provider to offer full subcontract support on the HP Superdome, achieving one of our original corporate objectives
2006
Another ambition is realised by extending our support capabilities to a number of Northern European locations
2007
Northern European sell and support capability for HP and Sun formalised with the launch of our Danish office
2008
Support for high end servers extended to include Sun with the E15K added to the portfolio; 9K’s dominance in the Unix space further bolstered by becoming IBM pSeries partner
2009
Over four years of continuous growth means one building is no longer enough: our sales office, 24×7 helpdesk and proof of concept centre are relocated to the new premises.
Now that other functions have been moved to new office, the old building is revamped as a dedicated training centre for engineers
2010
Portfolio further expanded with the addition of monitoring and managed services; 9K is now a cross-Atlantic operation with our first US order in place
